01Eligibility and accounts

Member features are available to people who have joined the Club and received a member account from it. Public website information and visit guidance are accessible without login. Staff features are restricted to authorized personnel.

Protect your login details. Do not lend or transfer access to unrelated third parties or use someone else’s account. The Club and guardian should confirm arrangements for minors. Contact us promptly if you suspect misuse or lose a device.

02Free apps and Club fees

There is no app purchase price or app usage fee. You are responsible for your internet and data charges. Installing an app does not enroll you in the Club.

Enrollment, membership, lessons, training and equipment fees follow the Club conditions presented when joining or making the relevant application. Membership withdrawal, pauses, cancellation and refunds are handled according to the relevant agreement and law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.

03Bookings, changes and cancellation

Submitting a website visit or trial request does not confirm a booking; check the Club’s confirmation. For member bookings, check the result and status shown in the member system. Viewing a calendar or available slot does not make a booking.

Request changes or cancellations through available booking controls or by contacting the Club. Deadlines, fees and rescheduling follow the conditions for that service. If a connection error leaves the result unclear, check your bookings or contact us before repeating the request.

04Messages and coaching information

Messages and recaps support Club communications and coaching. They are not a channel that guarantees immediate replies or emergency assistance. Contact staff directly about urgent safety matters. Training advice is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

05Acceptable use

Unauthorized access, impersonation, obtaining or publishing other members’ information without authorization, attacks and disruption are prohibited.

Threats, harassment, discrimination, infringement and unlawful content are prohibited. Report problematic messages or conduct to the Club.

06Restrictions and service changes

We may restrict access as necessary for changes in membership or permissions, misuse, maintenance or outages. We give advance notice of planned material changes where possible and notice afterward in emergencies. Contact the Club about bookings if the app is unavailable.

07Membership, accounts and personal information

Logging out or uninstalling is not Club membership withdrawal and does not automatically end fee agreements. Account deletion, personal information requests and membership withdrawal have different scopes and effects; tell us which procedure you need. Personal information is handled under the privacy policy.

08Responsibility and applicable law

We bear responsibility under applicable law for damage attributable to us. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Japanese law applies, without limiting rights under mandatory laws applicable to the user. Court jurisdiction for unresolved disputes is determined under applicable law.

09Changes to these terms

We announce changes and when they apply through the website or member notices and obtain consent where legally required. An app update alone does not change Club fees or existing contract conditions.
