01How to contact us

Email the address below with your name, member ID or username if known, contact details, and the action and information concerned. If you cannot use email, speak to staff at the Club.

Do not include passwords, identity document images or detailed medical information in your first email. If further verification is needed, we will explain an appropriate verification method.

02What each request means

Access and correction: checking registered details or records and correcting errors.

Account suspension or deletion: a request concerning access to the member system. We clarify your request and its effects on member records and bookings.

Suspension of use or deletion of personal information: we review the data concerned and applicable legal requirements. Disabling an account alone does not delete all information.

Membership withdrawal or pause: a procedure concerning your Club agreement and fees, separate from uninstalling the app. Tell the Club that this is what you want.

03Verification and response

We verify identity or authority only as necessary. Guardians making requests for minors should identify that relationship. We do not ask for excessive identity information.

After clarifying the request, we explain its scope, required steps and expected processing, handle it under applicable law, and notify you of the outcome. If any part cannot be fulfilled, we explain why and which information is retained.

04Deletion scope and retained records

Necessary records may be retained for accounting or tax duties, unresolved transactions, incidents or disputes. We review the reason and scope rather than retaining unnecessary information indiscriminately, and explain handling of relevant backup information.
